    What's the end game for the proposed board and who are they?

    They look to be Cassius Mining (CMD) affiliated. They have assets in Africa too. Been suspended since late Jan pending an announcement an acquisition of exploration tenements and a capital raising. Currently suing the government of Ghana for USD$275m. Nearly out of cash.

    You would think they would be looking at a merger?
