Is there an alternative ticket being announced? This will fail unless a viable alternative is presented - hopefully the group who has put together the challenge will have something to provide Shareholders.
If it involves Jonathan Fisher as CEO/MD along with a proven project builder say a Ken Brinsden I think it will have some legs, if not it will be another waste of time.
Also I wonder whether there's another Vimson moment coming up where PB issues some cheap stock to shore up the votes.........
