The T20 group that are fronting the filing of the 203D notice will not have done so without doing their homework and ensuring they have the support of SMS and other key T20 members.
Im guessing this play has been under consideration for some time and has been filed with confidence as to outcome.
The tone of key posts over the last few months have suggested the filing of this notice was under consideration.
Im picking the numbers will stack and the notice will acheive its intended outcome.
i trust it will progress swiftly and constructively without any negative impact in the road to FID.
