Have you read the Como report? The only thing we have to go on is what the new board says v ALL of those in involved in the original DFS ( including numerous independent experts). Noting the CFO, executive chairman and the project management team are all still at KIN who all were heavily involved in the DFS. the proverbial hit the fan AFTER the two old directors left with those remaining looking to deflect blame and shore ion their very well paid jobs.
