Will this change, if it gets through, mean there will be no representatives from the company on the BOD?
I have no idea how companies protect their IP and whether BOD members have access to it, but if they do, this must surely be of concern to SMS as SMS has their own IP tied up with TNG's.
Maybe it's locked away in some vault somewhere and they need two keys to open it. lol
