honestly I am not involved in that but been looking at it from posts here, so I can't really comment on what went on there.
I did read something similar about that selling of the drill rigs too, though if that really did happen a real loss of shareholder wealth definitely.

Though from what I have seen so far at NES, it seems like the projects are nothing to shout about and hence value has dropped over time, that or they are not targetting the right places?

Am not going to fault any one person on the board here but have to say ALL of them are respoinsible. Stop all the in fighting and get a new board on if the current ones can't see eye to eye. Most times we as shareholders do not know whats going on in the board room and what the board has planned, they do not disclose all information and CANNOT disclose all information unless and until it is to be disclosed.

So get us funded with very little dilution, find a way increase our share price and get to production!
