They will have wound up the Australian entities by the time the EGM needs to be called.

And even if it is called, it will have no effect in light of the Texas bankruptcy court judge's decision this morning.

He knows this & it is why an adjournment was our best chance to buy some time & hold them accountable in Australia.

They waited until after the Texas court decision before acknowledging our notices/announcing them to the market.

Note the emphasis on complying with the Corporations Act? They will use that in any potential class action to say they complied with the Act - even though they rejected our S249s four times before finally "considering" our fifth attempt.

They effectively dragged this out & wasted time, while they sought the decision they were after in the Texas bankruptcy court.

I'd love to use expletives here, but it will only serve as fuel for them later on. This is the calibre of individuals we are dealing with.
