Well. They are clearly a related party. CHP bought ~5% of RFN from 4-6 cents and then dumped at 2-3cents which depressed the sp and then announced a capital raise and bought them back plus more. Only approved after the fact and I'm not sure if shareholders are/were aware of the inter-relationships of holders.
