I would consider it steering to a Hostile Takeover and planned over the last twelve months. Now with the 3 major shareholders probably aligned will have a last ditch at it. Has to pass FIRB (if APAC try to aquire that 40% they wanted or if there is evidence that Old Peak and Argyle Street are affiliated to APAC) then they need remaining shareholder approval. Is it good for the remaining shareholders?
