The announcement included the following:
"The proposed management fee to be split between CGA and WCM is 1.40% of portfolio value plus GST and the
performance fee to be split between CGA and WCM is 20% of excess returns above the benchmark."
Excessive and no mention of high water mark. Information is readily available in the intended universe of investee entities so
additional costs for research would not apply.
