meeting called for vote.
however BOD can drag all the formalities out for 21 days for meeting notice then 2 months for meeting.
this group of SHs caused resignation and are now just letting the rest of us know.
good to see large holders being active …… keep in mind many would have had direct BOD interactions, so are saying we dont like.
