    Yeah, Jansen seems a total clown. However, the CEO/board is culpable also.

    I could understand the board being pissed at the stupid request and then the insistence that it effectively be announced to the market, but they could (should) have responded with a "the board has considered the request and has decided not to announce a dividend at this time" type announcement.
