Going to get dirty now - Niv from Peak has issued a 249D to remove two directors, Jason Conroy and Rhys Evan from TYM, very interesting as they are clearly not happy at all. They want these two directors replaced by Mr Raffaele Marcellino and Mr Fadt El Turk!
This is great as the existing directors of TYM have bought no value to this stock except destroyed shareholder wealth
