APAC Resources that has around 8% want one of their representatives, Brett Smith to join the BOD which is fair enough. They also want the Chairman to go ASAP which is also fair enough.
As long as this Chinese entity doesn't want anything further like a lowball T/O then that's OK. Hopefully Damien Marantelli does not object as I think shareholders' fortunes hinge on him staying.
