    So 2500 holders, IMA is a tightly held and 50% of the float is long term holders - unlikely to vote yes to this.

    im sitting tight, since Murry Zircon only have about 22% and I see their resolutions mid march will be voted No IMO.

    They'll then have to offer 20 to 30% more than market price and by then following a stella quarter and divy...who knows 50c.
