Agree Ed Shann...and wouldn't they be dumb if they didn't have 'discussions' and get the 'feel' for whether they would be successful or not.
They need 51% to succeed and I don't think that will prove difficult.
If Vestpro and Paradice are on board, they only need an additional 7% of the remainder shareholders making up approx 56%
There has or be a major disagreement between the ranks to make a move like this.
