    Hi Sharky,
    This seems very improbable to me. For a major shareholder to call a meeting to forcibly remove directors is a very combative act. It wouldn’t have been done this way if it was a simple reallocation of resources. From what I can see, none of these 3 Image directors are affiliated with Murray Zircon any more.
