The meeting is to be held not later than 2 months after the request is given to the company. I cannot see them getting rolled on this given the substantial swag of shares they own. Presumably the three remaining directors are allied to Murray Zircon, so all matters in the boardroom will be a clean sweep to MZ. Is this a difference of direction with the new acquisitions, a difference of management style or the first step in privatising?
