As SH of IMA we deserve to know whats happening and Its not IMA fault !
IMA have told us on Tuesday 25th that MZ would issue another section 249 notice on Tuesday since their initial one was checked by our (IMA) legal officers and found to be unlawful, it was withdrawn.
IMA said they'd have our legals check their second 249 to determine if it's kosher (as if we should have to!) and IMA undertook to update SH but nothing, so has MZ told IMA a lie.
Are MZ having trouble finding their preferred directors ? Have they had a reality check and backing down ? Are they looking at a TO because they don't have the numbers ? Who Knows....!!
MZ being the major SH surely can't hold to ransom our Board, Chair and Directors.
MZ closed Mindarie = mothballed mine for past 5 years.
MZ failed to complete a section 249 correctly.
MZ lied that it will complete another section 249 on Tue 25th.
These MZ directors want to run IMO, but seriously I have no confidence in them, who would ?
