Hi Micko22, lets see what the quarterly report tells us about finance.
In a few days we will all get the merger scheme booklets also in the next few days I will be getting a copy of the share registry, depending on what is in the scheme booklet and knowing the directors intend proceeding to vest those unearned 37,250,000 free performance rights the next steps against these directors will become clearer.

It is my intention to write to shareholders and voice my disgust in the directors giving themselves these unvested performance rights.
