What a joke 144,691,491 combined votes from FMR and Yandal to go into the FOR votes.
The schemes need at least 400,000,000 (75%) votes FOR to get past any disgruntled shareholders AGAINST votes totalling 100,000,000 (25%)..
I strongly recommend the board NOT to vest those unearned unvested performance rights mainly relating to the unpublished Mt Thirsty scoping study.
