I refer to your email correspondence below in relation to CMR.
Please be aware that your contact was received on 18 January 2012 and that your contact details were passed on to the Company’s new board to make further contact.
I note that the Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) completed on 15 November 2011. Accordingly, control of CMR’s affairs has now passed to the new CMR board.
It is expected that the Company will be making an announcement to shareholders in due course.
