that letter is laughable full stop.

Why would the majority holders in Aus & Uk want the shares delisted on asx & aim and moved to a sub par exchange 

what difference does it make where the companies registered office is the BOD are in the Czech Republic as often as required and the project is in Europe so don’t really see brexit as being an issue  

if their desperate to get it going buy more shares to make a difference or make a decent offer or stop whining and get behind EMH and support them rather than trying to throw your weight around with your 2% holding.
