it means they received nearly 47c per share for the sale, will distribute 42c per share in capital return and divvies and retain the rest in the business which should have an intrinsic value of 5c per share (though they are buying another project by the sounds of things).
so at the 41c last close you get the remaining business for free, less whatever tax obligations you'll have.
