even Scenario #1 - "compensate the shareholders" is impossible... the company has no liabilities towards the shareholders of any kind... yes, if they sell everything and pay off any debtors and bankers and all in the queue before us then any remaining money will be shared with the shareholders (not talking of AB1 in particular here but general discussion)... shareholders are the last one to be "compensated" - this ASX dude is clueless... and I have a feeling that we may be looking at a large section of ASX workers who could fit this image.... *shudders*
