it's like anything in investing be prepared to lose what you are gambling to make, it's all roses when in the green but it's all hell when in the red people need to take a step back get out of the habit of checking their account every day get some fresh air and come back in a few months, I'm down 40% still but it's good to check up every now and then. sp can say a lot about a company's progress being down 60% isn't good but seeing improvements in sp is always promising
