The announcement states the missed payment demand date as 7th June 2019, receivers appointed 3 business days later. Without details on the specifics of the contract, this may well have been the earliest date a default action can have been applied. Hopefully JAT have followed the letter of the contract and this is just the earliest opportunity to pull the trigger.
JAT have made a couple of announcements regarding NCA, admittedly nothing lately. As stated above, hopefully it's just followed the contractual course.
