Agree @CaptainSteve - not bad or good news until we see the result of the receivership. Par for the course for a company to get a security registration against a company they are doing business with and then to enforce it once that company defaults. It would be dodgy and be a sign of bad management if GK didn't have a PPS registration against it's manufacturing plant - in this case it actually appears as if they have conducted business in the normal course and everyone imputing that this is dodgy is merely reading the headline, seeing the word receiver and jumping to a conclusion.
