Would you like to see the terms of conditions of payment by Apple Inc to sellers?

Even a real giant like Apple has a 45 day payment term. So please enlighten us what is a "pseudo-giant" has on that Apple doesn't?
Are people so in love with the stocks they own that they can say whatever they like?
