So the LVT entity will remain, and it will be valued of the Net Zero and Human Link + any cash (assuming it's cash and not omnia shares) minus the costs?

What would the revenue v costs of those entities be?

Actually it also doesn't say anything about relisting. This might just be the 1st of 3 sales before the business is wound up entirely
