    In the announcement it states that
    "The receivers and LVT executed a binding share purchase agreement to sell the shares and assets of certain subsidiaries within the group to Omnia".
    When the receivers wrote to me they only mentioned the asset sales,so whose shares got sold?
    That couldn't possibly mean that KR or any other BM were able to unload their shares could it.?
    Any ideas?
