"In light of the sale and the winding down of the Buddy Ohm business the operations of the
Group have now substantially ceased. The Receivers expect however to remain appointed to
BUD for the foreseeable future for the purposes of realising any other residual assets subject to
PFG’s security, acknowledging there is likely to be a shortfall in repayment for the full amount of
secured debt owing to PFG. "

Looks like you'll own shares in an entity with no assets & $0, and a continuing liability to PFG.
