I've read on this forum a few times that folks who have contacted the company/mike have been ignored.
I've never met or spoken to anyone who works for NWC, but I emailed this week for the first time and received a very detailed reply to my query from Mike within a few hours.
Not sure if that's in keeping with others experiences, but figured it was worth mentioning.
