Long is relative for a speculative investor aka punter sure. I think we're just seeing the effect of them running for the hills now.
Probably throwing my pearls before swine but we have been given no details of where the holes went. It's just as likely some (one or more) the holes were near misses. e.g. if the holes were drilled with an angle intended to find ore .
In 3D drilling other holes not necessarily "scissor holes" but angled to probe a different orentation may well meaningfully intersect the conductor. People who know VHS deposits know the pods that come from black smokers can have been up turned or fallen on their sides. Then there are the other indicator metals not talked about. There will be metals like Ag, Mo, Sn and Ba that will help MH & the geological team find the material that will constitute ore.
