It would be a bit interesting to learn the shorting game. For instance do the shorters pay the interest on the sp at borrowed time all the way thru or does the rent decrease if the sp does. Just thinking five years rent on the holders shares may pay for them and bankruptcy isn't a worry for the bigger holders.
