OK managed to read it - maybe complete BS but it reports FAR denial and also claims upstream contacted FAR for comment before the original article was published in late August.
Interesting in the new article it seems to say that the Dakar court hearing on 28 August was adjourned to 14 September..... that's today. Will we get more info today - will it be fake news? Is upstream a rag of ill repute?
