That's very good that they announced their commitment to this by placing their money on escrow in advance of the EGM next week.
Let's hope that the vote is in favour of them buying. Surely it would be, given that they're paying a higher price for their allocated shares than the current market price. I hope that the resolution won't be torpedoed to prevent them from buying. With this in mind, I assume that Ratty won't be able to vote on this resolution, though maybe he can now that he's no longer a director?
