my apology, when i read the word "UK" I thought they are buying UK based business with head office in Adelaide !
however, when it comes to sensible deal then their history (Stock price direction since 2011) suggest what type of deal they have delivered for shareholders so far ! Obviously past performance is not reflection of future performance
