Do you think that the rationale for the acquisition was just a customer grab (+20K and +1k advisors)? Or is there parts of the codebase/software that RKN wanted to add to the portfolio?
It wasn't clear to me from the announcement if they intend to keep the Cashflow mgr software going in the long run, or more likely - just a year or two until they are transitioned to the Reckon One. That would be a great outcome if so, because there must be alot of costs just to keep the software package updated and ATO compliant.
