    ATX- $8M (this is purchase price, it evaluation is much higher now)

    Emersion- $5M

    Flexi- $5M

    Reckon - $30M.

    Verve $1M

    Cash on Hand $18M (including the $9M Dividend)

    = $77M

    MC- $72M

    MC same as asset value not including any revenue multiples or licenses.....
