If one was concerned about NOV cashflow or cashburnt before, now should be ease of concern with the new cash. On the other hand, PC has been demonstrated record breaking turn over quarter to quarter. I don't know how many small cap can demonstrate what NOV do. I am hoping the sp can justify this now. Long tern holder have been patiently waiting. From my view, NOV is going to do great with or without the banking license. The sp now is absolutely ridiculous.
