There is certainly something going on behind the scenes and this is very plausible. OOK were forced to convene an EGM for the Brontech investment, and that was only 18%. We were never told what the % investment was going to be in NCX but I suspect it would have been substantial considering their last capital raise in December was only $750k and OOK were going to tip in $1.2mil US. The ASX have been tetchy lately after the BIG, GSW and MYQ debacle and have been querying everyone. Would not surprise me if they got in the way here. The big question now is where to from here? Call another EGM? Wait 6 months and have another go?
