Pretty disappointed with the recommendation from the directors. I believe there is/was a lot more value to be realised in the future. I wonder if they could have caught a hint of some unfavourable information (perhaps concerning the NEGI), though I hope not. Don't fully understand the Lakes dividend or why this alternate valuation is now so favoured.

Not what most of us wanted, but if this is going to be it, I do hope AEP and some other parties show up with a better offer. Maybe one that even includes a spin off of some assets (such as Roma) into a separate listed company.
