ORM is an extremley low issue "limited" company, I suspect Conglin wants it for the shell only, not any rare earth prospects.
its much cheaper to acquire this sort of thing and then change the company status to a "Non Limited" company, than it is to float a new investment company.
Ive held this stock for its very low issue and tight registry and for that reason only, and wont be selling anytime soon.
if he can pull it off, announce a "change in company status" and re launch this as a "rare earth investments" company or something similar, the the demand will outstrip the current low supply of available shares.
