re: Ann: Recommended 16 Cents Per Share Cash ... The impression one has of exploration efforts to date is that there's very little in ORM's tenements to get excited about which suggests that its the Ultimate acquisition that's made the difference. On the other hand Conglin Yue has been picking up shares in ORM for quite a while so what's so good about it?
The offer is being made as the market sinks further into doom and gloom so it looks good by comparison.
I, and I suspect most others on this thread, will lose on the offer of 16 cents. It's a tough call, but under the circumstances I guess most will be glad to get out with something more than the current share price.
