"I just can't understand why they are so intent on drawing this thing out."
It's easy to understand why. Six years ago they were talking about an offer of 50 cents. That was when the market was interested in the stock. Slowly, but surely, the procrastination by Zinjin has to lead to virtually no-one, but current holders, having any interest in the stock. Once they got a controlling majority it has closed off opportunities for other companies to develop the assets (sorry Mac).
Several years ago when NKP was trading around 8 cents our leader advised us not to buy into the bid because sooner or later someone would sell into the offer when they needed money. I'd be interested to know if there are any new holders' since the shares were suspended (I think Sharetrader78 is one but there are not many). Under these circumstances, the price goes down irrespective of the value of the Companies assets and opportunities.
A devious plan! Hold tight until we can see the parameters of a valuation and also, is there a take-over premium?
