We can assume that EMR owns more than 50% of BE. As the EMR price rises, the BE shareholders are benefiting. This is why the Au Xingoa offer is pathetic, like their reasons for accepting! The BE shareholders have every good reason to accept the EMR offer. The EMR price is good; the overall potential in EMR is tremendous; and EMR has the money, experience and know how of extracting the value out of the BE land holdings!
Why would anyone want to sit tight with the Au Xingoa owners now, other than to extract a higher offer by being a limpet?
