Drilling hasn't slowed - there are now 3 rigs on site this quarter as opposed to two previously. No conspiracy theories - just a shortage of machinery in Aus generally to cope with all of the mining. There is also a backlog at assay offices for all companies - not just BZ/EMR.
The expert hasn't been asked to independently value BZ - but what, imo, seems a fair cop is whether Xinhe and Au Xingao have been provided with a benefit that has not otherwise been provided to other shareholders of BZ
