The initial launch of the offer in July set an end date of Friday the 22nd of September 2023.
And today's announcement "Emerald has today resolved to extend the closing date of the Offer to 5.00pm (AWST) on Tuesday 20 February 2024"
Possibly an entirely innocent reason why this 6th extension decides to end the offer mid week on a Tues, in contrast to every single prior extension. But the implication to me is that EMR expects the final target statement to be out 10 business days before that date.
I'll be looking for a target statement out on or before the 6th of February.
