Does anyone imagine the Mullin-associated shareholders accepting the offer if the IER is favourable to EMR? Would Emerald develop the project with minority shareholders on board? Is adding value to the project via drilling detrimental to acquiring it on a 100% basis? Out of interest, do any corporate lawyers know if you can dilute minority shareholders to less than 10% then compulsorily acquire them via a T/O?
There seem to be a variety of outcomes possible and I'm interested in how these might affect the resource/development timeline.
